The latest episode started with Noel can be seen suffering from pain and waiting for a call from Bigg Boss.
Time for captaincy task and unlike the routine, Bigg Boss made the captaincy task exclusively for the female contestants with the photographs of the apple-shaped objects of Ariyana, Harika, Lasya, and Harika that will be hanged to a tree-like branch. There were two columns with a box with a lock on one of them and keys on the other.
On every buzzer, the male contestants need to pick the key which was placed on the table and female captaincy contenders need to justify why they are eligible to be a captain to the male contestant who grabbed the key chain. The male contestant had to support one contender who got a chance to open the box, take the knife, pluck the apple-shaped object with the photograph of the captaincy contender they opposed and cut it into pieces.

In the first round, Akhil grabbed the key. Lasya, Ariyana, and Monal gave their reasons to be the captain. Akhil chose to support Monal. She took the key from him, opened the box and cut the apple with Harika’s photograph from the tree, and gave her reasons. She claimed Harika enjoyed support from a few male contestants of the house. Harika felt Monal’s reasons were unfair.
Mehboob supported Ariyana in the second round. She plucked an apple with Lasya’s picture.
Amma Rajasekhar grabbed the key chain in the third round and he supported Ariyana.
Ariyana became the new captain of the house. She chose Monal as the ration manager as Amma Rajasekhar also promised her earlier. He was offended by this.
In conversation with Avinash, Ariyana, and Mehaboob, Amma Rajasekhar expressed his disappointment. This led to an argument between Rajasekhar and Ariyana. He claimed that Ariyana was not loyal to him and named Monal the ration manager. Ariyana was surprised by his argument.

Monal(Ration Manager) called Ariyana and showed her the wastage of groceries. She was later upset that none is happy with her decisions.
Later, Noel got checked by a doctor and Harika was worried about his health. Bigg Boss told Noel that he needs to leave the house for better treatment. He shared the same with Abhijeet, Harika, Monal, and the rest of the housemates.
Noel left the house with a heavy heart. Harika asked him to come back as promised to her. Abhijeet consoled her.
