The latest episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 4 started with the BB Day Care Task.
Amma Rajasekhar was irritated with Harika stealing chocolate from his pocket. He tried to chase her but she refused to give away.
In conversation with Monal, Harika justified her stealing the chocolate from Amma Rajasekhar that participants have to save their chocolate that was written in the task paper. Amma Rajasekhar was upset. He got angry with Monal who tried to explain to him the rules. Rajasekhar and Harika later talked it out.

Abhijeet found fault with Rajasekhar physically holding Harika. Abhijeet and Harika had a heated argument over the latter stealing chocolates from Rajasekhar. Harika returned the chocolate to Amma Rajasekhar further cautioning him that she can steal it later as well.
At night, Harika hid her chocolates. Sohel, the caretaker, tried to pamper Ariyana, who is playing a naughty kid in the task. Later, Monal tried to teach the kids the alphabets.
Abhijeet was get replaced as Avinash’s caretaker as Noel was feeling unwell and doctors advised to skip the task and take care while a doctor will visit him soon, the same explained to the housemates.
In the task which was commanded by Sohel, Akhil won the task.
